Planning

Using S.M.A.R.T. goals to make sure estimated crew, equipment, and time is allotted to make the project a success on time and on budget.  Adjust accordingly to meet goals.

Execution

This covers the entire physical project from developing the right team, assigning resources, procuring more team members and/or resources as needed, set up and logistics procedures, and the beginning of full tracking for step four, monitoring.

Monitoring

As the project progresses, all performance goals, objectives, and deliverables are measured and reviewed.
